TERMS & CONDITIONS
Fixed-Term Letter Collections
Letters from Angels™ offers prepaid, fixed-term letter collections.
Available options may include 3-letter, 6-letter, and 12-letter
collections.
Each collection is purchased with one upfront payment for the complete
number of letters stated at checkout. A fixed-term collection does not
automatically renew. We do not automatically charge the customer’s
payment method after the purchased collection ends.
A customer who wishes to receive another collection after completion
must place a new order and affirmatively authorize a new payment.
Creative Nature of Products
Our letters, messages, illustrations, keepsake materials, and related
products are creative and inspirational works intended for
encouragement, entertainment, and personal reflection. They are not
representations that Letters from Angels™, its employees, contractors,
or technology have received supernatural communications concerning a
recipient.
Personalization
Customers are responsible for reviewing recipient names, mailing
addresses, gift information, and personalization details before
submitting an order. We may decline unlawful, threatening, abusive,
discriminatory, sexually explicit, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise
inappropriate personalization requests.
No Guaranteed Outcome
We hope our correspondence provides encouragement and enjoyment, but we
do not guarantee any particular emotional, spiritual, personal, medical,
psychological, or other outcome.
Payment
The price shown at checkout covers the complete fixed-term collection
selected unless clearly stated otherwise. No recurring charge or
automatic renewal is created by purchasing a fixed-term collection.
Intellectual Property
Original written content, branding, compilation, arrangement, and other
protectable materials are owned by or licensed to Letters from Angels™,
as applicable. No website or product content may be reproduced,
distributed, republished, or commercially exploited except as permitted
by law or with written permission.
Third-Party Services
Our store may use Shopify, payment processors, postal or shipping
providers, analytics tools, and other service providers. Their
applicable terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Letters from Angels™
is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses
arising from use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms
limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
FIXED-TERM LETTER COLLECTION POLICY
Letters from Angels™ sells prepaid letter collections rather than
automatically renewing subscriptions.
Customers select a fixed number of letters, such as a 3-letter,
6-letter, or 12-letter collection. The customer pays once at checkout
for the complete collection selected. Letters are prepared and mailed
according to the schedule stated for that collection.
No Automatic Renewal
There are no automatic renewals and no recurring charges for fixed-term
collections. When the final letter in the purchased collection has been
mailed, the collection ends automatically.
Customers do not need to cancel to prevent another charge. To receive
another collection, the customer must place a new order and authorize a
new payment.
Recommended Product-Page Disclosure

Your purchase covers the complete fixed-term letter collection selected.
Your collection ends after the final scheduled letter is mailed. You
will not be charged again unless you place a new order.
Changes During a Collection
Address changes should be submitted before the next letter enters
production. Changes received after production begins may take effect
with the following scheduled letter.
A request to stop future mailings does not automatically create a right
to a full or partial refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the
Refund & Replacement Policy and applicable law.
REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Because Letters from Angels™ products may be personalized, printed,
prepared, or scheduled specifically for an individual recipient, orders
that have entered production may not be eligible for cancellation or
refund.
If a cancellation request is received before production begins, we may
cancel the order and issue a refund when reasonably possible.
For a multi-letter collection that has already begun, requests to
discontinue remaining letters will be reviewed individually. Unless
required by law or expressly stated at purchase, amounts attributable to
letters already produced, mailed, personalized, or otherwise fulfilled
are non-refundable.
If an item arrives materially damaged or contains a printing or
personalization error caused by us, contact us within 14 days of
delivery with order information and, when appropriate, a photograph of
the issue. We may replace the affected item at no additional charge.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect names,
addresses, personalization details, or other information supplied by the
purchaser.
Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights required by
applicable law.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Letters from Angels™ products are physical correspondence delivered by
mail.
Each 3-letter, 6-letter, or 12-letter collection is mailed according to
the schedule displayed for that product. The purchase price covers the
fixed-term collection selected; it does not create an automatically
renewing order.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Postal
operations, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, and other
circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient
information, including apartment or unit numbers and ZIP or postal codes
when applicable.
Address changes should be submitted before the processing deadline for
the next scheduled mailing. If a letter is returned as undeliverable, we
may contact the purchaser for a corrected address. Additional postage or
re-mailing charges may apply when the original address supplied by the
purchaser was incorrect or incomplete.
GIFT COLLECTION TERMS
A purchaser may buy a fixed-term Letters from Angels™ collection for
another recipient.
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate recipient
information and represents that they are authorized to provide any
personalization information submitted for fulfillment of the gift.
Gift recipients are not charged for a collection purchased for them.
Fixed-term gift collections do not automatically renew. After the final
purchased letter is mailed, the gift collection ends.
If the purchaser wants the recipient to receive another collection, a
new order and payment authorization are required.
Letters returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied
by the purchaser may be subject to replacement postage or re-mailing
charges.
INSPIRATIONAL & ENTERTAINMENT DISCLAIMER
Letters from Angels™ provides creative, inspirational correspondence
designed to offer encouragement, comfort, reflection, hope, and joy.
Our letters, messages, illustrations, keepsake cards, and related
materials are creative works produced for inspirational, entertainment,
and personal-reflection purposes. They should not be interpreted as
actual communications from angels, spirits, deceased individuals, divine
beings, or other supernatural sources.
Letters from Angels™ does not provide medical, psychological,
mental-health, legal, financial, or professional religious advice. Our
products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or address
any medical or mental-health condition and should not replace advice or
care from a qualified professional.
Messages may address hope, grief, change, illness, loneliness, courage,
love, and other difficult life experiences. They are intended to provide
compassionate encouragement and reflection. Individual experiences and
interpretations will vary.
PRIVACY POLICY ADDENDUM — RECIPIENT & GIFT INFORMATION
When a customer purchases correspondence for another person, we may
collect information supplied about that recipient, including name,
mailing address, personalization information, gift-message information,
and other information reasonably necessary to prepare and deliver the
order.
We use recipient information to fulfill orders, personalize
correspondence when requested, provide customer service, prevent fraud,
and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Gift recipients are not required to create an account simply to receive
a gift purchased for them.
Purchasers should provide only information reasonably necessary to
prepare and deliver correspondence and should avoid submitting highly
sensitive personal information unless specifically requested and
appropriate for the service.
This addendum supplements rather than replaces the store’s complete
Shopify Privacy Policy, which should accurately identify the store’s
actual apps, processors, cookies, analytics providers, and other service
providers.
CHILDREN’S PRODUCTS TERMS
Products intended for children are designed to be purchased by adults
for children.
Purchases, accounts, payments, and personalization submissions should be
completed by a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult.
We do not intentionally invite children to submit personal information
directly to us. Adults purchasing products for children should provide
only information reasonably necessary to personalize and deliver the
product.
Children’s fixed-term letter collections do not automatically renew. A
new purchase by an authorized adult is required for any additional
collection.
