What is Letters from Angels™?
Letters from Angels™ is a beautifully designed keepsake letter experience created to bring encouragement, hope, comfort, and joy through the mail. Each letter features an uplifting message presented on illustrated angel stationery with coordinating details.

What can I order?
You can choose from a One-Month Letter, Three-Month Keepsake Collection, or Twelve-Month Keepsake Collection. Each option is purchased with one payment.

Will I be charged automatically?
No. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges. You pay once for the collection you select. When your final letter has been mailed, your order is complete.

How often are the letters mailed?
For multi-month collections, one letter is mailed each month until all letters included in your order have been sent.

Will every month’s letter be different?
Yes. Each month features a different uplifting message and theme. Messages may focus on hope, courage, peace, love, gratitude, strength, self-worth, new beginnings, joy, and other words of encouragement.

What comes with each monthly mailing?
Each mailing includes a beautifully illustrated angel letter of approximately 350–400 words, a coordinating keepsake encouragement card, and a matching decorated envelope.

Can I send Letters from Angels as a gift?
Absolutely. The collections are designed to make meaningful gifts. Simply provide the recipient’s name and mailing address when ordering.

Will the recipient’s name appear on the letter?
Yes. The letter can be personalized with the recipient’s name to make the experience feel more special.

Does the recipient need to know who purchased the gift?
That is up to you. You can choose to tell them yourself or allow the first beautiful envelope to arrive as a surprise.

Who might enjoy receiving these letters?
They can be sent to a mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, friend, bride, widow, caregiver, or anyone who could use some extra encouragement. You can also order them for yourself.

Can I purchase another collection when mine ends?
Yes. When your collection is complete, simply place a new order if you’d like the letters to continue. Nothing renews automatically.

Can I change the mailing address during a multi-month collection?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible with the new address. Changes should be received before the next letter enters preparation.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Please contact us as quickly as possible. If the letter has not yet been prepared or mailed, we will try to correct it. Additional postage or replacement costs may apply if an item has already been mailed using the address provided with the order.

Are Letters from Angels actual messages from angels?
No. Letters from Angels™ creates angel-inspired, imaginative correspondence for encouragement, entertainment, and personal reflection. The letters are not represented as actual supernatural communications.

Are the letters religious?
The letters are designed primarily around universal themes such as hope, love, courage, comfort, gratitude, and encouragement rather than providing religious instruction.

Can I keep the letters and cards?
Please do! That’s an important part of the experience. The letters and coordinating cards are intentionally designed as keepsakes that can be saved and reread whenever a little encouragement is needed.

What makes the Twelve-Month Collection special?
Over the course of a year, the recipient builds a beautiful collection of 12 different illustrated letters and 12 coordinating keepsake cards—a year of meaningful messages they can return to again and again.
