Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Refund & Replacement Policy

Because many Letters from Angels products are printed or prepared specifically for an individual recipient, orders that have entered production may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

If your order arrives materially damaged or contains a printing error caused by us, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order information and, when appropriate, a photograph of the issue. We may replace the affected item at no additional charge.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect names, addresses or other information submitted by the purchaser.

Refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
