Cancellation & Refund Policy

Letters from Angels collections are prepaid purchases that are fulfilled over the period selected at checkout.

If you request cancellation before your first letter has been prepared or mailed, you may request a full refund.

Once fulfillment has begun, please contact us at lettersfromangels1@gmail.com regarding your order. Any refund for the undelivered portion of a collection will be determined according to our refund policy and the circumstances of the order.

We will always replace or otherwise resolve letters that arrive damaged or are lost in transit, subject to reasonable verification.

Your purchase will never automatically renew, and cancellation is not required to prevent future charges.

Refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
